We had a new regulator installed by Fortis that needed new plumbing to connect to the house along with a full set to work of the house which meant pressure testing and a full service on the fire place. Rob was the guy for the job. I'm a technically curious individual and more electro/mechanically inclined then plumbing  and regulators/valves and Rob took the time to explain every component of the system and how they all work together. Rob even came back the following week to improve the air flow on the exhaust side. Truly the best customer service you can ask for, they don't make service techs like Rob any more. I can't say enough about the service call I just received from Rob on my Napoleon natural gas fireplace.   Rob was polite, cordial and easy going.  In addition, he has a thorough knowledge of gas fitting and the ability to show the client step by step identifying the problems and corresponding solutions.  Given a recent no show issue with another gas company, the experience with Robseagas was amazing.  Rob has a high level of professionalism and a calm demeanor which puts his client at ease.   In addition, I found his price for the service call very reasonable.  In the event anyone has need of a technician to service anything gas related, call Robseagas, you won't be disappointed. Rob responds to calls! He was courteous, and efficient. After receiving a new appliance I discovered I needed work done to the water line, which required the water valve shut off. Rob is amazing. He makes himself available to you as soon as he can, regardless of the day of the week or time of day. I had an issue with my hot water tank's temperature valve. It was constantly leaking and causing all the pipes in the tank room to sweat, along with the walls. I called Rob and he was amazing. He took the time to explain to me how to change the valve, what part I needed, and even allowed me to use his discount and the parts store. He was very diligent in following up with me after I got the part to ensure I could get it done, and said if I need help he will come over and show me how to do it in case I need to replace it again in the future. Rob was very willing to answer any questions I had, and provided great instructions. In total it cost me just under $30 to fix the issue. Rob could have booked an appointment and charged me an hourly rate like any other company would have done, but instead he not only saved me money, but taught me something I now know how to handle if the issue arises again in the future. That goes to show that Robs customer care is phenomenal. He is very informative, patient, and lovely to chat with.
